We weigh typical serving sizes for entrees to be about 1/3 of a pound to slightly more.
We weigh typical serving sizes for side dishes to be about 1/3 of a pound.
These figures leave little to no extra for the average person.
Portion sizes generally decrease when several different dishes are offered.
We cannot gauge the appetite of every person, so these are simple, general guidelines to follow.
Pick-up times between 12:00-3:00, unless other arrangements are made.
